    Practice, practice, practice! Particuarly if you’re no good, have a script and get someone to role play with. It’s what I do, as I tend to babble when I’m nervous.

    Thanks for the post. Just a word of caution… as you know, at some point you will have to pick up the phone and talk to prospects. Don’t think because you suck on the phone you can somehow skip this critical step. Take Castain’s training and get better at the selling craft. Thanks for the reminders!
