For years, every morning, 7 days a week, my husband and I share a cup of coffee before anyone else is up and use the time to stay connected, and give belly-rubs to our doggies. There are definitely days I&#039;d rather roll over and get an additional 1/2 hour sleep -- but the benefit is so worth that 5am wake up call.</description>
