    Paul,
I love your stuff. And yes, I love my customers/clients. But wouldn’t it be nice once in a while to feel the love back at ya? Maybe in the form of loyalty, during adversity, job change, etc. I realize how important it is to love your customers, but sales people work their ass off for clients and it sure would be nice if they felt the love too.

I don’t disagree I just think we need to show them the love first!

When we love our customers; the quality customer service follows, the “on-top of tasks” flows easily, burdens are lifted…it’s a very powerful thing.  From my point of view, it’s not a syrupy gooey love but a care for their well-being, their company’s well-being… just like you’d want to be treated.  Your customers will know it by the service you give.

Also that true kind of care, doesn’t even worry about receiving it in return, because you know you’re doing the right thing that brings results…either from one customer or others and also internal results.

Thks for clarity Paul -good weekend to you.
