Prior to working for Castain Training Systems, Paul was the Vice President Of Business Development for Consolidated Graphics as well as the Director Of Corporate Solutions Sales for Dale Carnegie & Associates.

Over the last 28 years, Paul has trained and mentored over 4,000 sales professionals, written sales training content for several Fortune 500 companies and is the author of Castain’s Sales Playbook (which just won a Sales Pop award for best sales website) and The Sales Playbook Podcast on I-Tunes.

He is also the creator of the Linkedin Group Sales Playbook which is one of the most active sales communities with over 29,000 members!
