Thanks Paul for “thinking of us”  I was mentally making a list of people to think about as I was reading this.  Well,,, gotta go.  Got some calls to make to people I am now thinking about.

Thanks Paul — this is true in personal life also–just to send someone a written note, I was thinking about you . . . more than once someone calls me back and says “how did you know I was having a bad day, your thoughts were much appreciated.”    Enjoy your day!

Did this recently, Paul with a client who had left his job.  Turns out he was opening an ice cream store and guess who got his print business!

Paul, classic advice, just classic! Imagine that, reaching out and actually showing that we really care about another. Again, I’m reminded that’s it’s the little things that do matter the most.

    Hi Paul,
Like this one…..I use it fairly frequently, but it is an honest opener as I often do think about my clients especially if I come across something that I think would be beneficial for them, be it an article, a process, a video, etc.  Great that you are passing this idea along, it does impress people!!

Paul, Great advice. In fact I try to use some of this within the office walls. Asking my boss how her vacation was or our owner how his kids baseball team is doing. We are constantaly building relationships both with our clients and with the people who make what we sell possible.

    Thanks Paul!
