Here’s the game plan . . .
Today, we’re going to cover how to take control of our meetings (without being controlling) specifically how to start with a strong agenda statement. There are several components that will help you set the proper tone.
Its right about here, that I see lots of reps fall into a very dangerous trap (actually two of them) so you can plan on me showing you how to avoid them.
We’re also going to cover 5 “Insurance Policies” that you need to create in all of your prospect meetings.
These “insurance policies” will help you stay top of mind, expedite a decision and reduce the probability of your prospect going M.I.A. on you! Have you ever had that one happen? Yep, it sucks!
We’ll have part II next week and you’ll be happy to know its an entire session dedicated to questioning skills.
Quite frankly, I think this is an area where too many sales people struggle so it definitely deserves its own session! Details about this next week.
