One Way To Sell More

I’ve often said that the old “We’ve always done it this way” line of BS is the equivalent of a death rattle in business.

Many times we point our finger at the business as if it were a non human thing that subscribes to that way of thinking or perhaps we humanize it by pointing our finger at our boss or executive team but  . . .

How about you?

What are the things that you do . . .

that you’ve “always done that way”?

Challenge something today that you do.

Ask yourself “Why do I do it this way?”

“In what ways could I change this?”

“Who can I speak with that could offer a different perspective?”

“Who can I model that’s getting the results I want but going about it a different way?”

“Could I do some quick research on Google and find an article or resource to offer a different perspective”

Do something . . .

It’s a really cool antidote for the Status Quo!
