
This time of year, I hear from lots of sales reps (and sales leadership) because they want to own the year ahead of them.
If we were to break it down into two (very broad) categories;
There are those who simply don’t know what to do to achieve their goal or even get better at the skills necessary to get there.
There are those who know what to do, how to get better, but no one is holding them accountable in the ACTION department.
How about YOU?
Do you know what to do to achieve your sales goals this year?
Do you know how to get better at the skills necessary to get there?
Who’s holding you accountable to take the necessary ACTION to kick ass this year. “I am” is the WRONG answer by the way!
Great years don’t happen at 11:59 pm on New Year’s Eve and;
