The 3 Drivers Of Sales Success (Especially During A Pandemic)

For the most part, there are 3 things that drive sales success;

Hunting For New Business

Retaining/Wowing Your Existing Clients

Growing Your Existing Accounts

On the surface, it might seem like just 3 things, but I’m sure we’ll agree, that there are lots of “little things”that go into each of those drivers.

But if sales success was easy, then everyone in sales would attain it!

There are lots of things that get in the way of us attaining sales success, and;

Since the 3 “drivers” are the 3 things we need to put the heaviest artillery fire on as we try to dig ourselves out from the pandemic;

I put together a FREE checklist so you can evaluate your skill levels in each of the 3 drivers.

My suggestion would be to take the 5 minutes necessary to complete it, then;

Pick the 3 areas where you need the most improvement, then;

Get to work on those skills so you attack the second half of 2020 with greater proficiency.

Sales Managers: Have your sales team complete this exercise and then create an ACTION plan that they will discuss with you during your next one on one.

You could even discuss this in your next sales meeting.
