Irritating Your Prospects During Discovery Calls?

Imagine being a decision-maker who meets with sales reps regularly.

I bet it wouldn’t take long for just about EVERY rep to sound the same, and;

I bet you’d hear an endless assortment of cliched questions!

Classics, like;

“What keeps you up at night?

“On a scale from 1-10, how is your present service?”

“What would it take to make them a 10?”

“If you could wave a magic wand and have the perfect _____________ what would that look like?”

“How does that make you feel?”

“If I could show you a way to _______ would you _______?”

The problem with cliched (and oftentimes corny) questions is that they irritate someone who values their time!

When that happens you AREN’T creating rapport and credibility, and;

Your prospect ISN’T seeing the value in answering your questions.

And then there’s this;

Ask a sh*tty question and you inspire a sh*tty answer!

Start asking higher-quality questions.
