I’m going to navigate this blog into some treacherous waters that might offend but then again, I’m not looking for everyone’s approval anyway.
There are times when you are going to feel like crap.
You will feel frustrated.
And there is no visible answer in sight!
I’ve been there and its a feeling that can paralyze you with fear.
We turn to friends, we turn to family, a coach, our network, a book, an article and yet . . .
Our Spiritual GPS remains in the box, unopened!
While I have no intention of becoming a “Holy Roller” any time soon . . .
I’m man enough to admit when things are beyond me.
If there’s one thing I always emphasize on this blog, its to use everything in your arsenal.
So call me “warm and fuzzy”.
Feel free to call me “inappropriate” (it won’t be the last time) but sometimes the best answer isn’t the answer that has the latest business jargon attached to it.
Today might just be a good day to take that Spiritual GPS out of the box . . .
If not for you . . . for someone who could use some extra help!
Peace!

I love this post, Paul. Thank you for it. And, if you don’t get called “inappropriate” on occasion, you’re not trying hard enough.
I get called “inappropriate” regardless Diana so it might as well be for something worthwhile like this.
I do believe you’re right!
Thanks Diana!
Well said OB1. Cheers to you!
Thank you Beth!
Great post, Paul, Concise, yet to the point. I heard someone say, “The Spiritual realm is more real than the physical realm.” It’s just a matter of of being aware.
I’m writing that phrase down for my journal. I love it and totally agree!
Thank you so much for sharing that!
Amen to that one.
Actually, life is easier if we follow the spiritual GPS first. It tells us all of the right jargon, coaches, networks, etc. are easily found.
I think that is how I found you.
Thank you Beth. I think I’ll leave mine on indefinitely now that I’ve read your awesome words!
Excellent Paul =)
I really appreciate it Jessica!

Paul, your most recent post is right on, brother. Not one of us can do it on our own. Thank you. Peace be with you, God Bless. – Kevin
Thank you Kevin and No, none of us can do it on our own!
God bless you as well and thank you!

God bless you as well and thank you!
Perfect timinig Paul… going through a tough time right now, and needed the gentle nudge to reset my compass… Thanks!
P.S. Hope all is well with your family and that you’re receiving an abundance of strength, support and love as well.
All is fine with my family Andrea . . . sending thoughts, prayers and jedi mastery your way!
Dude, does your GPS have ESP? Thanks once again for the well timed pick me up. Greatly Appreciated!
Thanks for that, sometimes that step we take for perspective means we need to “kneel”.
Great Post Uncle Paul!
I pray for my Wife every night and for my new business to show the opportunities I work for. It takes Gratitude and a real belief that the Spiritual GPS will take you where you want to go!
Cheers!
Larry
I’ve been trying to put in a good word for you both Larry.
I will step it up my friend!
Until then . . . keep the faith!
Great reminder! We probably should pull out that GPS more!
Couldn’t agree more and will do!
Thank you!
Time to open it up and test it out before the warranty runs out.
Agreed Adam!
Thank you!
Patrick . . . I love that phrase “sometimes that step we take for perspective means we need to ‘kneel’ ”
Well said . . . Thank you!
An honor my friend . . . Thank you Joe!
He takes two steps toward us for every one step we take toward Him. Can’t reminded enough to do that gut-check. Thanks, Paul!
Short and Sweet, and great timing as usual! I am so thankful I’m not the One in control and can rest in that.
Thank Paul!
Me too Cherie . . . Thank you so much for stopping by!
Well said. We could all use a reminder that a ‘Spiritual GPS’, however each defines it, does exist.
Agreed . . . thank you for stopping by!
Great post, Paul. Sounds like how many of us job hunters have been feeling of late. 🙂 Have a great and irreverent weekend!
Keep the faith Karen and I’ll be sure to keep you in my thoughts and prayers my friend!
This is great Paul and really if one should worry about offense shouldn’t it be offending Him? We can’t really realize how big He is until we recognize how small we are in the grand scheme of things.
Thank you Elizabeth!
Paul putting yourself out there like that, opening up a side of you that can cause adverse reactions – just by mentioning them at all… It shows that you REALLY do care about us. Thank you for being vulnerable, that is a quality that leaders and coaches (and even Jedi Masters) ought to have a bit more of, in my opinion… Thank you Paul.
Neil Smith
AKA – The guy that coined “Profanity Bob” when he dropped the “F” word on the first day of training!
LOL!
Ha . . . I remember that session and the infamous “profanity Bob”
Thanks Neil!
Very well said Michelle . . . Thank you!
Thank you for sharing, Paul.
You’ve earned the right to be able to share how important the Spiritual GPS is in leading a balanced and purpose-driven life.
I was recent;y out on the Gulf and we lost our compass and GPS with no sight of land. It was a nerve-wracking experience, I can’t imagine navigating life without some sense of compass and spiritual GPS.
