Sometimes coaching arrives to our doorstep  . . . unsolicited!

You didn’t ask for anyone’s opinion and yet they give you the old “Mind if I give you some feedback?” preface.

All of these “coaching moments” can put us in a bit of a difficult position.

On one hand we should be open to feedback.

On the other we should be comfortable with who we are.

Today is all about having the wisdom to know when to ponder the coaching and when to cry bullsh*t.
