
All of us are creatures of habit . . .
And as such can easily get stuck in a routine that really doesn’t serve us.
When was the last time you challenged and considered changing up your after hours routine?
Does dinner with the family really need to be in the dining room or could it be on the patio, at the beach or on a picnic blanket in the backyard?
Do you really need to watch TV tonight or can you get some reading done or perhaps go outside and give yourself the gift of thinking time?
Can anyone say “Board Game”?
Could you surprise your significant other with a spontaneous date (those of you who are married don’t get a pass on this one . . . courtships never end!)
How about that catch with your kid or a walk around the neighborhood.
I’m also thinking that anything involving ice cream could be pretty awesome but here’s the point . . .
If you are embracing your evenings quite intentionally . . .
