When you get home this evening, you have some choices.

You can continue to work, take emails etc.

You can watch TV or read.

You can ponder things that probably should have been left at the office.

Sit outside and enjoy this beautiful weather.

A catch with the kids or quiet walk.

So many choices but . . .

Too many times we are conscious of none of them . . .

We simply respond and continue with our day without thought or intention.

Tonight you can choose.
