Instead Of Shutting Up After You Respond To A Phone Objection Do This Instead

Most of us were taught to shut up after we respond to a phone objection.

I disagree!

Why?

Because 9 times out of 10 you’re giving the person on the other end of that phone a chance to reload and fire another objection!

I’m also of the belief that you’ll go off script and interrupt their pattern if you DON’T shut up after responding to an objection.

So what do you do, keep rambling on?

Not exactly;

You REDIRECT!

You redirect back to the ask, which if you’re like me, is the appointment you were trying to set.

How the heck do you “redirect”?

After you’ve answered the phone objection, simply ask;

“So how’s your schedule for ___________ at ___________?”

Or however you typically ask for the appointment.

Here’s the thing;

When someone throws a phone objection at us, momentum is not only lost;

New momentum is created moving you off their phone.

Redirection moves the momentum BACK to the ask!
