The Lethal Mistake That Sales Reps Typically Make In The Fourth Quarter

Why in the heck is Castain talking about the fourth quarter when we still have 30+ days left in the third quarter?

Because if you wait until the fourth quarter to create your plan for the final months of 2018, you have 2 strikes against you.

Seriously you do!

Let’s say lose a few days early in October spending time planning instead of selling,

You lose precious time during a time of year where you lose an insane amount of selling time!

How so?

When we back out the time lost for things like Columbus Day and Veteran’s Day, you’ve lost a little time but;

Then the REAL fun begins!

Now you have Thanksgiving which ISN’T just a 4 day weekend. You’ll most probably lose the better part of a week for that one and;

Then for the grand finale, you have the whole business world mentally checking out either right after Thanksgiving, or by the second week in December.

That’s when you get to struggle to pull out a miracle while the whole world tells you to;

“Call me back AFTER the holidays!”

And forgive me for being a bit presumptuous but;

YOU might be a tad guilty of mentally checking out too!
