When You Plan Your Prospect Meetings

When we talk about meticulous pre-call planning in our sales training programs, we talk about two parts;

Research

Preparation

Within each of these two areas are several other things but;

There’s one thing that many sales reps miss when it comes to preparation;

Planning The Questions They Need To Ask The Stakeholders

Most reps have their default questions and use a “once size fits all” approach to their needs analysis.

Don’t get me wrong, they’re seasoned enough to adjust their needs analysis as they go along and;

In accordance to the answers the prospects give but;

Many forget to create awesome sales questions based on the pre-call planning research and;

The certainly DON’T review the questions they ask from time to time.

We all want to have better conversations with our prospects so;
