Some Friendly Advice About Prospecting Right Now!

The other day, I expressed my thoughts on the probability of a second shutdown, and the 3 questions you should be asking to better prepare for it.

Here’s something else that I would suggest;

10x your prospecting efforts!

Seriously, I would be throwing mega artillery fire on your prospecting efforts right now.

Why?

Because when the last shutdown occurred, many of you didn’t have enough opportunity in your pipeline, and worse yet;

You didn’t feel it was appropriate to prospect during the early weeks of the pandemic.

And quite frankly, I would get after this immediately, NOT in a few weeks, or after you’ve enjoyed a bit of summer.

You’ve already lost enough precious time this year!

The challenge with many of us is that we are creatures of habit in that we’ve always stayed with somewhat of a set prospecting routine.

Perhaps that routine served you well in the past, but;

It’s time to sure up your defenses right now, and;

Do it at a much FASTER pace, you know, just in case!

There’s absolutely no downside to giving your prospecting a little more love right now!

My advice has always been to use a multi-channel approach to prospecting as I believe it dramatically improves your probability of success.

Let’s say I’m completely wrong about another shutdown;

Are you really going to hate on me for trying to keep you from getting sucker punched a second time in 2020?
