
There’s a question that I’ve been asking now for at least 5 years in all of my Sales Playbook communities and with all of my coaching and training clients as well.
The answers I receive are sad but if you’re a “glass half full” type of persona;

The question I ask is;
What percentage of your LinkedIn “connections” make an honest effort to stay in touch with you once you connect?
The answer I typically hear is;
5-10%
No, that ISN’T a typo.
Let me put it a different way;
90-95% percent of the people we connect with on LinkedIn, do NOTHING after the invite has been accepted
Earmuffs kids, I’m about to get colorful with my language.
Are you F*cking kidding me?
Seriously, it’s a SOCIAL network and don’t you dare blame LinkedIn for that.
