It’s fear. We simply don’t want to deal with certain things and therefore we avoid them. I know. Rocket Science, but;
My money is on the person who thinks about the tasks where they typically procrastinate, and then; Think about what makes them uncomfortable, scared, hesitant, etc., with regard to those tasks!
