Updating Your Scripts, Templates, And Tactics During EVERY Phase Of The Pandemic

The sad reality is that many (actually too many) sales reps HAVEN’T modified their prospecting scripts, templates, and tactics.

And when it comes to modifying, we’re not talking about something you might have done once during the pandemic;

You MUST modify your scripts, templates, and tactics during EVERY phase of the pandemic if you want to remain relevant to your prospects!

Assignment:

Set a recurring calendar event for the end of each month and then review your scripts, templates, and tactics to see how you can modify them in order to be more relevant and valuable to your prospects.

Next, encourage your teammates to do the same and ask your sales manager if you all could have a recurring monthly sales meeting to share, critique, etc.
