Well That’s Just AWFUL!

So here we are rapidly approaching year end, and suddenly you find yourself sitting on a bunch of deals, that seem to be dragging.

That in and of itself can be a challenge but;

It’s the fourth quarter and you’re about to lose (a good week) because of Thanksgiving here in the US and;

Then people really start dragging ass, mentally checking out and;

Telling you to call them back AFTER the holidays!

And let’s be totally honest . . . 

It’s a bit sensitive because you want to move things along but;

You DON’T want to appear desperate and;

You certainly DON’T want to become a pain in someone’s ass!

What do you do?

Call to “check in”. . . REALLY?

Call to “Follow up”? Give me a break!

Lower the price and/or throw in a bunch of “extras” . . . How about NO!
