A Simple Tactic To Help Reduce Prospect “No Shows” In The Weeks Ahead

With the reopening of business, your prospects will have a lot going on, which can unfortunately lead to increase in appointment “no shows”.

One thing you can do is to start using the calendar invite you’ve been sending differently.

Within the calendar invite is the “event details” section. You can either put a traditional agenda in this section, or you can turbo charge the agenda into a few bulleted take aways that your prospect will gain during your time together.

A simple way to create the bulleted take aways is to use pain/opportunity points they expressed to you during prior conversations.

If you don’t have anything there, you can always create the outcomes based on your research, trigger events, buyer personas, where they are in the buyer’s journey, or;

You can mentally fire yourself and rehire yourself as the prospect. Then ask yourself;

“What’s in if for me if I attend this meeting?”

This calendar invite tactic will serve as a reminder as to WHY they took the meeting in the first place and quite frankly;

They’re going to need that reminder with everything that’s going on right now.

So now your prospect has two reminders as to HOW they will benefit from attending;

First, when they receive the invite, and lastly;

When the alert goes off 10 minutes before the meeting.
