Something That Can “Out Cool” Your Competitors.

Here’s an example;

My daughter rented a house for a few days through Airbnb.

She had never booked with this one particular woman before.

My daughter was staying there on Valentines Day when;

These goodies arrived with a note thanking my daughter for being her customer.

A surprise like this adds fun to your customer’s day and lets them know they are appreciated!

It made me think;

If someone believed in showing the love during what is typically a one time transaction, then why the hell aren’t we doing a better job with those who buy from us regularly?
