Sometimes we get so caught up in the business goals, the health and spiritual goals, the relationship goals etc that we forget about something really important . . .
The things that we will do, quite selfishly for ourselves!
You know . . . the things that bring us JOY!
Last year, in addition to all the other goals I set, I made an effort to do more of the things that bring me joy.
Silly stuff like taking more camping trips, playing my guitar my often, more campfires, more time to reflect and capture those thoughts in my journal.
I could go on and on but this really isn’t about me; it’s about YOU.
And speaking of YOU, I have something for you to make this a bit easier.
I’ve created an exercise and a handy dandy worksheet to help you give this the attention it deserves but;
I’m going to make you work for it (I know Uncle Paul sucks)
You actually have to take the 30 seconds to email me paul@yoursalesplaybook.com and none of this lazy email stuff where you send me some incomplete sentence in the subject line like “free worksheet”
One more thing . . .
I’m typically a pretty happy dude but last year, I found I was particularly happy. Probably because I was doing more of the things that brought me joy!
I hope you’ll add “joy” to your list this year too!
Cheers!
