There was an interesting discussion posted in one of the Linkedin groups with regard to the best way to communicate with clients.
Some said email
Some said phone
Many said Face to Face
I s’pose there are even a few who prefer text or even Twitter or Facebook.
As you can imagine, people have some firm opinions on this . . .
And that’s what worries me because . . .
It doesn’t really matter what you and I think is the best way to communicate . . .
It’s how our clients wish to communicate with us.
And yes, there are exceptions to that, and times when we may have to bypass what they want . . .
Meanwhile, let’s make sure we engage our clients in a manner that’s respectful to how they wish to engage!
Now let’s all go sell something 🙂
