What’s a better question?
A question that makes them think
A question that respectfully challenges their thinking
A question that encourages them to continue or expand upon something they just shared with you
A question that tells you what’s frustrating them as well as questions that help them articulate what opportunities they need to embrace.
A question that draws them inward
A question that makes them think “Damn, nobody asked me that before!”
A question that calls attention to the “elephant in the room”
A question that gently guides them by the hand and encourages “self discovery” instead of you having to “pitch” it!
A question that gets them opening up and simply sharing with you.
Are you asking enough of these?
