The Things That Stand In The Way Of Your Success In Sales

There’s no shortage of goal setting advice this time of year and truth be told, a lot of it is nothing more than regurgitated “Goal Setting 101” stuff. I mean do we REALLY need to read another article on the importance of setting “S.M.A.R.T.” goals?

If I were to offer you 2 things, that nobody really talks about, I’d offer the following;

First, Why wait until January 1st?

Start NOW and get a 30+ day jump on your competitors. It also takes approximately 30+ days to create a new habit so how cool would it be to have new habits, up and running, while the rest of the world is trying to shake off their New Year’s hangover?

Next, Identify the things that typically get in the way of your goals.

Here are a few to consider;

Procrastination.

Fear.

Negativity and Negative People.

Managing Your Time and let’s stop on that one for a moment.
