
Many of you have written me asking for tips on how to reduce the probability of prospect “no shows” during Covid-19.
One thing you can do is to start using the calendar invite you’ve been sending differently.
Within the calendar invite is the “event details” section. You can either put a traditional agenda in this section, or you can turbo charge the agenda into a few bulleted take aways that your prospect will gain during your time together.
It will serve as a reminder as to WHY they took the meeting in the first place and quite frankly;
They’re going to need that reminder with everything that’s going on right now.
A simple way to create the bulleted take aways is to mentally fire yourself and rehire yourself as your prospect.
Then ask yourself;
“What’s in if for me if I attend this meeting?”
So now your prospect has two reminders as to HOW they will benefit from attending;
First, when they receive the invite, and lastly;
When the alert goes off 10 minutes before the meeting.
