It was 3 years ago today that I officially launched Castain Training Systems.

The first thing I said to myself when I realized that was “I’d do it all again in a heartbeat!”

Made me think that I should have turned that into a question and asked it of myself years ago.

Since I don’t have a time machine and I’ve found the equivalent of my soul mate through the work I now do, I’ll ask it of you in hopes that you will ask it of yourself;

When you look at what you do and the organization you do it for . . .

Would you do it all again?

If the answer is “YES!” . . . CONGRATS

If the answer is “NO!” . . . What are you going to do about it?

And don’t fluff off the question (or your answer) . . .
