I always to hesitate to share something that’s “easy” because “easy” tends to get dismissed.
It gets dismissed because its usually not a tip that people regard as sophisticated enough to take action on or;
Their ego overrides their common sense and they say something like “I already knew that”.
I’m going to ask you to resist your urge to dismiss this idea.
Ridiculously easy idea for outselling your peers coming at cha in 3,2,1;
Ramp UP your efforts while your peers are slacking on Friday afternoons and Monday mornings!
And you know I’m 1,000 percent right about that “Friday afternoon and Morning morning slacking” thing!
In order to do this, some of you are going to have to become more disciplined!
Some of you are going to need to grow a pair, and tell your coworkers that you actually regard Fridays and Mondays as work days.
Some of you are going to have to evict your bullsh*t excuses about buyers NOT wanting to hear from you those days.
Some of you are going to have to get out of the habit of making Friday afternoons and Monday mornings “Admin Time”.
Some of you in a leadership position, are going to need to start calling your team out on this.
Imagine 10 Extra Weeks Of Selling!
If you only free up 8 extra hours a week (from the half day on Friday and Monday you just liberated) and use it to prospect, at the end of a year, you will have gained another 10 weeks of prospecting time.
That’s like getting a bonus check for 20% of your annual earnings!
But we both know its much more than that!
It might just mean the difference between pass and fail come year end.
It might make the difference between making President’s Club or watching your co-workers take your spot on that trip!
It might make the difference between that bonus and that sh*tty feeling when you missed it, AGAIN!
