Here’s Something You Can Do With All Those Business Cards You’ve Collected While Networking

Posted July 11, 2019

At one point or another, we’ve all had a stack of networking business cards collecting dust and taking up space on our desk.

Here’s something you can do this summer that’s incredibly easy!

Take a few of those cards each week and send a quick email, referencing the networking event where you met, and suggesting a quick call to catch up (offer 2 scheduling options like you would during a cold call).

Why would I suggest doing this over the summer?

You can obviously do this year round, and quite frankly you SHOULD, but;

Many of you are in industries that slow down over the summer and are looking for something productive to do.

It really adds up too!

So if you set a goal of speaking with 5 of these contacts, each week, and;

5 from your LinkedIn network;

That sh*t will add up by the end of the summer and;

If you use the format I discuss in our Virtual Sales Camp Program, you might just convert a few of those dusty old cards into clients!
